Our producer and star Alaric went to Hong Kong Filmart 2018 to present our movie as part of mm2 Entertainment’s slate of projects. Response was great and it was full house!

Zombiepura got mentioned in Hollywood Reporter and Variety today! We are part of a slate of films to be picked up by Fox Networks Group Asia, in collaboration with our co-producers mm2 Entertainment.
Rounding out the lineup is Zombiepura, the first feature film by Singaporean filmmaker Jacen Tan. Tan’s first short film, Tak Giu, was a viral hit in 2005, receiving over 100,000 views at the time. – Hollywood Reporter

Zombiepura: It’s a wrap!
IT’S A BLOODY WRAP!!! 7 years in the making, months of preparation, over 100 crew members and extras, gallons of blood, sweat and tears, one month of shoot… Thank you to all zombies! We have finally finished filming the movie and will move into post-production now.

This morning, I announced my first feature film Zombiepura at Screen Singapore / ATF 2017 at Marina Bay Sands. We were onstage with the stars and producers of my film, Alaric, Benjamin Heng, and our partners Clover Films, mm2 Entertainment. Special thanks to Singapore Film Commision too!

Eight years ago, Singaporean film director Jacen Tan produced a script inspired by the monotonous overnight stints he had to serve while on guard duty during National Service. The fan of the “Shaun of the Dead” film felt like a zombie during those moments, which led him to produce a script for upcoming comedy film “Zombiepura”, set to begin filming in January 2018. – Yahoo Singapore
